HIRING
For the first two years of Candy Factory start-up, we are estimating around 150 employees, in fixed jobs, dedicated to the Candy Factory, of which more than 90% are national employees.
In gross numbers, Candy Factory expects that, in the first two years, more than 350 direct and indirect jobs will be created and that multicultural experts embrace our challenge in order to achieve the best results and implement the best practices.
TRAINING AND CAREER PROGRESSION
We consider essential to guarantee the process of training and continuous developing of our human resources, this is a central part of our social responsibility program. For this purpose, the Candy Factory Academy has a broad and multidisciplinary Internal Training Program, in a Learning Organization environment, which covers, both technically and in terms of soft skills, several different areas, ranging from Industry to Marketing and Sales.
